I’ve not been dating a lot and don’t really have a very big sex drive. Is it expected for me to be wanting lots of sex?

Presume here that the parent of the children has correctly determined that the convicted sex offender is not a danger to the children, either because the convicted sex offender is not a pedophile and has completed therapeutic programing, or because the sex offender was wrongly convicted, whatever. If lets say a 16 yr old has sex with lets say a 15 year old (in New Zealand the law says you have to be 16 to consent to sex) what would happen to the 16 yr old if they had sex with a minor?
This is if the minor gave consent.
