How can we tell the sex difference between True percula clownfish?
I know that they change sex and all, but how can you tell which one is which?

Yes you are correct, they can change sex.
In an established clownfish group there will only be one female. The female will always be larger in size than the rest clowfish in the group.
Also, the female is known to have a more distinctive reddish/brownish color than its tankmates.
